ok, so as Chuck said, if saudi arabia cuts their output, the oil price goes way up, and since big russian oil output is not constrained by opec, they can produce and produce, benefiting greatly by the price spike; thus Schumer gladly promoted the presence of LukOil in the US, on behalf of his friend Putin.
Pres Trump is right, major scandal and warrants exhaustive investigation.
