No, there aren't 94 million people who want to work and can't find a job.

Not even close.

The 94 million represents everyone over 16, including students and more than 50 million people over the age of 50, the majority of whom are retired.

Throwing around a number that is so obviously wrong doesn't help the conversation - it only gives critics ammunition.
