Road rage is a terrible and sudden thing. I’ve been tempted many times to chase after someone who cut me off and never have. Count to 10 and think of the consequences.

I know the instinct, the sense of injustice that urged him to follow that vehicle but in this day and age you absolutely risk lives doing it. I remember way back as a new driver. In one instance I didn’t realize there were 2 left turn lanes at an unfamiliar stop and inadvertently cut off an older lady. Was about to apologize to the foul mouthed biddy but she cut that off with profanity. I realized those first few years how selfish and discourteous people are. After awhile of being cut off, tailgated, leered at, or getting a FU finger if you don’t drive the way they prefer I started to get pretty resentful of people on the road and unfortunately developed a manner of dealing with a-holes that in this day and age would get me killed, no doubt about it. Of course now am wiser and calmer, it’s probably the only good thing about aging. RIP mom :(

Good job! I just console myself with the thought that the person will encounter some other person just like them and they will take each other out. Maybe not today but maybe tomorrow.
