Sessions was on the Armed Services Committee and met lots of foreign officials, and all senators meet ambassadors at DC events.

John McCain has had far more secret dealings with foreign governments than Sessions has had public ones.

Thanks - I came to the same conclusions after reading more - looks like Obama's folks leaking lies to the WaaaaaPo and them trying to twist unrelated items together to howl that our AG lied under oath - when they know it ain't true.

It's their way of proving they aren't fake news......
