Venezuela only has $10.5 billion in foreign reserves left, according to its most recent central bank data. For rest of the year, Venezuela owes roughly $7.2 billion in outstanding debt payments. In 2011, Venezuela had roughly $30 billion in reserves. In 2015, it had $20 billion. The trend can't persist much longer, but it's hard to know exactly when Venezuela will run completely out of cash.

I think it’s time that a reliable International team of special forces goes in and arrest’s people like Maduro and that South African ahole that spent 500 million on a luxury747.
Ofcourse our Seals would object preferring instead to handle the task(s) all by themselves. But, there’s going to be some dying involved and I don’t want our guys to do all of that.
I suggest team members be from the U.S., UK, French Foreign Legion,Israel, Kurds, Austraila, New Zealand, Gurkha’s and Canada. There’s a couple of tiny countries that have some tough special forces too. I just can’t remember their names.
Our Navy and Air Force could provide necessary weapons, equipment and platforms like carrier’s etc;
I’m thinking a permanent Brigade or Batallion size TEAM!
They would train together year round all over the world. The Seals would ofcourse provide the leadership.
