I believe it’s protocol for them NOT TO applaud or show any emotion. There was one officer (kind of baldish) who sat to the extreme right with the group of four who always had the look of “Huh? what’s he talking about?” Comical...

The political SCOTUS did not surprise me...But I also wondered about the military officers who sat with stone cold faces. Is it beneath their office to celebrate our opportunity to right this country? Or?
