Priority is one thing... but basically suspending criminal enforcement in the case of child-porn "consumers" is another.
They are just easing into the hell-bent idea of "normal" or "harmless" pedophilia.
Pedos use porn to condition their prey. And don't forget, as well, that the child "actors" are harmed for life.
