Former President George W. Bush is criticizing President Donald Trump's first month in office, though he remains optimistic about the future.
"I don't like the racism and I don't like the name-calling and I don't like the people feeling alienated," Bush told People magazine.
"Nobody likes that."

"I didn't feel like speaking out before because I didn't want to complicate the job and I'm not going to this time. However, at the Bush Center we are speaking up."
The Bush Center programs include immigration ceremonies, AIDS prevention programs in Africa and leadership training for Muslim women.

I’ve said this before; the REAL George Bush is crawling out on the public stage. Never a word of criticism about Obama when he was persecuting the Tea Partiers with the IRS, appointing hard leftists to the courts, adopting Obamacare. But he can barely wait a month to start publicly carping about Trump, who hasn’t done a thing to warrant these slanders. The real Bushes were never what you thought they were - they would have been nothing but for Reagan, had to hide their real beliefs behind him to get their sinecures, then got elected on his coattails, where they both failed miserably. He now knows that if he curries favor with the media and the left (one and the same), they will invite him to parties, feature his puss and that of his wife on their magazine covers, talk about how much he has “grown” in his post-presidency, and raise him a notch in the historical ratings of presidents from about 42 to 41. What a loser!
Even if you want to call Trump’s comments on how we need to protect our country from Islamists and illegal immigrants (i.e. Mexicans), that’s not racist because Islam and Hispanic aren’t races! Islam is a war plan masquerading as a religion that includes all races, even white people. Hispanic is a culture of shared language that includes almost all races, including white people (Spanish is a European language). If comments on Islam and Hispanics are racist, then Leftist attacks on Christianity is equally racist.
