“People that threaten to kill are not guilty of murder”
If this was my family, they would not be guilty in a sense that they couldn’t be tried for their crime in court. They would have vacated their lives when they threatened my family’s life. Threats have serious consequences. The fear it generates need to be uprooted right there, is possible.
If not, prosecute to the fullest extend of the law. Which, in this case, seems to be decades. Good riddance to trash.
Well that’s very commendable about protecting the family, but the fact stands, people that threaten to kill are not guilty of murder.
