A drunk person pointing a gun at children and threatening to kill them is pretty bad no?

I didn't see the part about the gun.Yes,that's worthy of serious punishment...at least a couple of years.

Party goers should have shot these after the threat. If they were so afraid, why didn’t anyone shoot them? Sounds like nobody took the threat seriously.

Yes,if there was a gun shown the party goers would have been justified in vigorously resisting,perhaps even firing depending on exactly what the perps did.

If somebody threatens by kids at their party, he needs to be taken out. You never know if a threat is real or not until it is too late. Better be safe than sorry.
