I was not born hating all muslims, but I will go to my grave hating them with an unapologetic utter and permanent hate, and with the only regret of not living long enough to finally and irrevocably personally do my part in wiping that scourge permanently from the face of the earth.

I have good news and bad news.
The good news is my failing memory kicked in and I remembered the name of the Amazing Freeper: LANCER.
The bad news, is that I have never managed to learn, after 17 years in Free Republic, how to access threads from the Freeper archives from, say, 2001 and 2002.
If any Freeper, young or old can explain it to me, it would be appreciated. The usual way I would try to do it would take forever.
As an aside, I would like to honor Freeper Lancer with a word of thanks and admiration. His/her? posting history is nothing short of amazing.
Any Freeper younger than 10 years in FR would get an amazing education of both the history of FR and the History of our country for at least the last 18 years.
The most remarkable thing is that the passionate debates and arguments posted way back then could be yanked from today's headlines. 2005 seems to be special banner year.
