More importantly, there has been an investigation going on for months.

NO, Issa is asking for an investigation because he's a pathetic rat! Everyone knows that asking for a special prosecutor when NO EVIDENCE OF ANY CRIME HAS BEEN FOUND, is only a fishing expedition. And with all of the traitors and moles in our government & intelligence depts, it would be suicide for Trump or Sessions to agree to any such thing.
