Sure looks like that restaurant was designed to serve a troublesome clientele. “Cash only; no credit cards.” Lightweight plastic chairs. Tables that are bolted to the floor. Paper plates and plastic cups.
Yep, the owner of that place sure does know who his customer base is, and what they’re like.
