I do remember repeating the Lord’s Prayer during daily announcements over the intercom in first grade, maybe 2nd, too...I seem to remember noticing when it stopped, but I wasn’t sure why at the time.

We didn’t do that but THEN, we didn’t have intercom systems either - LOL!!!!
