Texas has 36 representatives in the US Congress (25 are Republicans). Any one of these representatives can call for impeachment of a federal judge and begin the process in the House to remove a judge.

In addition the Constitution gives Congress the power of defining the jurisdiction of the federal courts. Congress has been negligent in failing to use its power to define jurisdiction to reign in federal judges legislating from the bench.

The federal judiciary is currently unaccountable to the people. Individual judges act as dictators of one to overturn the actions of state and the federal legislature doing the will of the people. However, it is the legislators themselves who are failing to do the people’s business by ending the practice of legislating from the bench.

All Federal Courts below the Supreme Court are creations of Congress. What is created by Congress can be uncreated by Congress.

If I remember correctly the only Court Created by the Constitution was the Supremes, lower courts are a creation of law.
