Dubya really is opposed to abortion, but Barbara Bush and Laura Bush are not. Also, George Bush the Elder’s parents were active in Planned Parenthood (pre-RoevWade), as was George Bush the Elder. While abortion is not a religious issue, many Protestant families were not pro-life over the last five decades, in part because the mainline Protestant churches really weren't either. (Even the Southern Baptist Convention used to be wish-washy on abortion, while the Methodists used to be stridently pro-choice.) I am sad but unsurprised that one of Dubya’s daughters is active in Planned Parenthood, but I don't think that makes Dubya himself a hypocrite, especially given that Laura Bush always has been pro-choice. When your own church(es) say abortion is only as wrong as you happen to think it is, it's tough to teach your children that unborn life counts.

A little late. But I do believe he was the most Christian for real of them all.
