Liberals are derisive of the people who believe in Jesus Christ, or ore Orthodox Jews - because belief in a higher power and traditional morality is a ‘straight-jacket’ to them.

When they bash the so-called deplorables [who they have no understanding about], they are bashing the people who work the soup kitchens, the food shelves, the Salvation Army Kettle ringers, etc. Instead they call us all sorts of names.

Except those Jews who show solidarity with the "plight" of Syrian refugees and speak out agaisnt the rare cases of anti islamic violence ("I am a moslem"). Or the Christian groups who express similar sentiments. Normally liberals view Jesus as an imaginary friend whose father is a non existent invisible sky daddy, UNTIL religion suits there needs, THEN, Jesus is a cool dude! With every cause and fad that comes and goes Jesus is inevitably invoked as justification. Jesus was a labor organizer. Jesus was homeless. He was a vegan. He was an immigrant. He was "gender fluid". That supreme intellectual Maddonna called him an exhibitionist, (well he was naked on the Cross, DUH!) He's whatever the left wants him to be at the moment, like one Messiah fits all.
