This is what Bannon was referring to yesterday at CPAC when he said they won’t give up without a fight while Trump tackles deconstructing the administrative state.

Many criminals never stop unless incarcerated or eliminated.

HOORAY Trump team.

Also a good point.

Sure he is. He’s simultaneously putting public pressure on weak sauce Comey via twitter to clean out the rats in his own agency while he finds his replacement, signalling DOJ to follow suit on prosecutorial procedures on leakers, and notifying the rest of FEDGOV to get clean or else...and he doesn’t need the media’s help or permission.

There’s a plan to crank up a Watergate-style investigation against Trump. My opinion is that McCain is pushing it. Wouldn’t be surprised if Lindsey, Rubio and other neocon GOPers are also in cahoots. Goal: impeach Trump or force him to resign

I think it is unusual for a boss to write a public complaint about someone below him in the chain of command.

The FBI and CIA are different animals. The second in command, McCabe is sitting on the Huma/Weiner 650,000 emails as if they were kitchen recipes. That service cost the Clinton's a million or so.

Comey's job for the last 30 years has been as a coverup artist for the Clinton's and the globalists. He has a "term" even though he can be fired. HSBC coverup deal, and Lockheed Martin to get the subs to the right people, that stupid attack on Martha Stewart to show what can happen to business people if they're not in line. When all the establishment types talked about what a great guy Comey was, there had to be a problem. I think that even the email episode during the campaign was a limited hangout.

It's going to be a tough job. Just watching a story on how McCabe and Comey let Priebus' ass hanging on on these baloney Russia stories. They are powerful enemies of the United States and they have the hammer.

Thank you. No way to blame Sessions for the leaks; he's the guy who's going to find the leakers and prosecute them.

Comey is the one who needs to decide which side he's on. (We happen to already know, but perhaps this is Trump's way of saying, "James, are you sure about this?")

Agree! Comey may have an elaborate song and dance routine he goes through in private, to explain why it ‘takes time,’ to find the leaker/s. When Comey sees an ultimatum in public, however, he’s either going to miraculously find the leaker with lightning speed, or start cleaning out his desk.

Win/win.

Leaks have been a problem since the dawn of time.

G. Gordon Liddy was a member of the Nixon "Plumbers," so named because they were tasked with finding and stopping leaks from the Nixon Administration to the press.

Good luck and god speed finding the leakers, President Trump, but I doubt you'll have much success.

"At the one on one, McCabe said 'I want you to know story in NYT (in FBI investigating contacts between Trump campaign people and Russian intel) is BS.' (Some question whether he said bullshit or simply BS although officials best recollection is 'bullshit.') Preibus asked 'what can we do about this?' McCabe demurs and says he'll get back to Preibus.

Preibus asked if he could cite 'senior intelligence officials' as saying there's nothing to the NYT story. McCabe says yes. Later on, FBI Director James Comey himself calls Preibus and reiterated much the same thing -- story BS but can't put out statement."

"Why would President Trump post this as a tweet instead of discussing it directly with Comey or firing him in favor of someone who will do the job?

As a warning to do a better job, or else.

Nice analysis. However, I would suggest considering that events will eventually turn not on the basis of political philosophy, but rather due to opportunities availed in which to garner power, control & wealth.

In other words, Deep state opposition is agnostic as to specific principle & policy. If Trump style nationalistic patriotism provides a better career pathway for bureaucrats, they will abandon previously held 'beliefs' in a rush to get on board.

I'm sure Trump, Bannon and the rest of the administration are perfectly aware of human nature. It's why his economic program must/will be a success in order to fortify and build his base foundation of support. Soon enough, capital will recognize that returns will be higher invested in domestic programs, and will flow/flee from globalists positions.

Once the trend towards patriotism is firmly underway, the laggards in gov't will eventually embrace the trend as well. Right now, Trump is essentially employing an "island hopping" strategy, inching ever closer to the home base of globalism in DC.

Preparing his followers for a Friday afternoon dismissal of Comey? I’d be glad to see it.

“Trump knows that his base of support is the American people. He’s stated that his Twitter feed will be used for transparency and he’s providing it.”.....

I am surprised that Trump is still able to post on a Twitter and Facebook accounts. Are those two social media avenues not controlled by “libs”

As I read all these things being leaked by various government departments, I feel Trump will find the “leakers” and make a effective example of them as he deals out their punishment. He is NOT one to be made a fool. God help the people he finds as those “leakers”.
