In Minnesota, believe it or not, you can drink and carry.

However, at .04 BAC, you get a free ride in a Police car.

It is very, very, very difficult to explain our pro-RKBA position to even an unbiased non-gun person when they read a tragic story like this in the news.

So if I'm drinking—and I don't happen to be Chuck Norris—I'm totally at the mercy of the nearest violent drunk?

Someone who is drinking, or has been drinking, still has a right to act in self defense.

Therefore, such laws aren't worth the paper they're written on... even in TX.
