‘Gender identity’ as defined by its practitioners and defenders consists merely of thought. It is a caprice that can be changed, changed back and changed again at any time for any reason.
Again, this is what THEY tell us.
How, then, can any government or private entity ‘protect’ such a fleeting, arbitrary abstraction? How can they even keep track of it? Ask every student every morning at the door if they are boy or girl that day? Ask them again at lunch? At the end of the day? Do it all again the next morning?
The problem with this smug fainting-couch virtue signaling is that the very causes they claim to support fall apart under the most basic logical questions.
What I find particularly ironic: the same people demanding we kowtow to whatever they “feel like” minute-by-minute are the same ones who demand “safe spaces” ... well, the only long-established all-cultures “safe space” are public bathrooms - which are the first places where those people want to tear down social safety barriers from.
A restroom or locker room is the perfect place for a gang rape. No cameras. Can be locked so no witnesses. Remind us again just who these school adminiatrators are protecting.
Gender id protection is not the concern.
Being the “champion” of those convinced they are marginalized is.
