All it says is that the directives in the memo do not apply. Exactly what I said. It goes on to say

Today’s memo states that additional guidance on DACA and DAPA will be forthcoming.

Bottom line is, no one knows what the DACA or DAPA directives will be. I'll reserve judgement.

first of all, I’ve been saying since this thing came out that trump will hopefully come to consider this a mistake, and come back to correct it. the hope that there is additional DACA guidance forthcoming is the only way out of this mess.

but then a small band of very loud, very self righteous types insisted on justifying the unconstitutional overreach of obama on DACA In its own right, which was more than I was willing to ignore.

but, um, how long do you plan on reserving judgement?
