Prosecutors from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office confirmed Wednesday they’d asked a judge to sentence the gang member accused of murdering a Whittier Police Officer to four years in prison in 2014.
An L.A. Superior Court judge sentenced Michael Mejia to half that.
Mejia completed the prison term last April and was released on probation.
In the ten months since, Mejia has been arrested, jailed, and released at least five times under the supervision of L.A. County Probation Officers, until he was wounded in a shootout Monday morning and arrested on suspicion of murdering Whittier Police Officer Keith Boyer.
Ask Moonbeam Brown and the Liberals in the CA Assembly. They should all be held accountable. Then there’s the Oroville Dam issue on the front pages today and last week. Ask them about that as well.
Put him to work inspecting the bottom of the Oroville dam.
Surprised O’Reilly or Hannity haven’t picked up on this story? This is huge example of liberal leftist ideas obviously not working. AB 109 and other reduce jail time propositions are allowing dangerous criminals into our neighborhoods.

Haven’t read or heard a thing about that. KFI is all over this, they haven’t sad a thing and I think if he was John and Ken would have on it.
