Says it all and it’s hardly the first time. To me this was predictable very early on. Unlike many of us he never volunteered on campaigns or even bothered to vote until well into his 30s. Those of us who have it in our blood follow this stuff more avidly than sports. His interest seems to have coincided with his career.
