I gave up drinking soda five years ago for health reasons.
I feel it was the right decision. As a nation we drink WAY too much of it. Start adding up the calories and sugar and it’s a real eye-opener.
I am not a fan of the nanny state FORCING people to do this however.
Nor I. I did the same thing as you. Water, coffee, tea are what I drink. No dairy, mild intolerance, so I save that for cheese. No sea food, that is a trip to the ER.
