They thought of that. The tax includes soda concentrates. Not only that, the tax is assessed based on the volume of the diluted end product.

I have a soda stream and I like it....however their Colaflavor isn’t a Coke or a Pepsi. It’s OK, but I like the “real thing” better. The fruit flavors are fine...the root beer is good too.
