This is a bad idea. People who have never been arrested shouldn’t be put in a database.
Fingerprints taken for private employment shouldn’t be put in a database either.
I was told that all those people submitting DNA to Ancestry.com for analysis, that those records on that database are then available to the authorities should they wish to run a check. Would like to know the truth of that???
