It could have been an early release due to Prop 47 or the more recent one whose number escapes me, both of which the stupid voters approved.
I also wonder if he’s illegal, and if so, how many times he’s been deported.
The Sheriff’s lieutenant who led the news conference said he had a long criminal record. These individuals should never see the light of day.
