You're right... the FBI worked with the SPLC to put out lies about conservative Americans with their 'vast right wing conspiracy' seminars to the country's top cops some years ago. It was the most totalitarian move in our history. I remember being so thankful Hillary spilled the beans... using this horrible tactic as a talking point excuse for her lying husband.
People in the know jumped in the old AOL chat rooms and made a mockery of the whole idea. Exposed to sunlight it withered. Very close call...
