Israel's defense minister said on Sunday Iran had an ultimate objective of undermining Saudi Arabia in the Middle East and called for a dialogue with Sunni Arab states to defeat "radical" elements in the region.
Iran aimed to "undermine stability in every country in Middle East ... their main destination at the end of the day is Saudi Arabia," Avigdor Lieberman told delegates at the Munich Security Conference, saying he was looking forward to hearing comments from Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir.
"The real division is not Jews, Muslims ... but moderate people versus radical people," he said.

Moderates, moderates, where have I heard this before? These moderate Muslims are rare Avigdore, be careful.
Actually a pretty clever tactic/ruse.
Israelis and Arabs are pretty close culturally, while Iranians are quite different.
Attract the eye away from annihilating Israel and focus on a fellow muslim nation.
The world will accept a Shia/Sunni war a lot easier.
Is there some sort of problem with undermining Saudis...or Iranians?
Haven’t they earned it?
Sunni vs Shia
Arab vs persian
The greatest example that God has a sense of humor
Persians used to be good friends of Israel
Better friends than arabs ever will be
It used to be called balance of power
Too bad they both can’t lose.
Israel has clearly defined Iran as its major enemy.
I heard pro-Israel guests on John Batchelor’s radio show Thursday night discussing Syria and Iran’s involvement there.
Of course Saudi Arabia was deeply involved in Syria, fighting the Iranian backed side, Assad.
The Saudis sent in those al-Qaeda fighter buddies of “Jihadi John” McCain and they wreaked the havoc that created ISIS, the atrocities of ISIS and the tide of people fleeing towards Europe etc. etc. etc.
I’m pro-Israel and remain so, but I guess they are trying to be more honest they’ve picked sides in the region.
The Defense Minister is saying Iran is the bigger enemy.
Glenn Beck has been working on bringing refugees out of that region and a few years ago he uttered words to the effect that he is “supports Israel but not the people who support Israel”.
I haven’t heard anything more since from Beck but no doubt the powerful financial interests in the world that help finance nations in debt like Israel and the USA need Saudi and Gulf Arab money to do it.
Mr. Lieberman may have to speak the way the money tells him to.

Of course they do. Dominating the Mideast will require changing all Sunni governments in the region.
Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir. Looks like a reasonable chap. /s
