I don't understand how people operate in today's environment without a photo ID. Even if you don't drive you can get photo ID via the Drivers License Bureau.
They can’t. They don’t. There was a video of somebody going down in the hood and asking people if they had ID. So condescending and racist to claim people can’t get positive ID.
