Stung by Trump’s remarks at his presser, the media is trying to regain credibility......and are being painstakingly thorough.
Some journos actually checked-out the five-star Jean Georges Restaurant in Trump Tower.
Shockingly, the unbiased journos actually found out the wild Alaskan salmon Trump ate there, once swam in Russian waters.
The acutely observant Jake Tapper said:
“Trump is very clever. He even disguised the Russian salmon by ordering it covered w/ an all-American Lemon Butter Sauce and had a side of baked Idaho potato garnished w/ Wisconsin sour cream.”
However, Jean Georges denied rumors that Trump had the famed eaterie's Strawberries Romanoff for dessert.
I heard the potato, the weekly meal of a poor Byelorussian child, was stolen and baked in Trump’s restaurant.
