After participating in the conference Friday, McCain had a casual dinner at the popular Munich restaurant, New World Orders, where he ordered up a double Bilder-burger with sauerkraut, global fries, followed by a dessert of Bavarian Sponge Cake with a light Graham Cracker crust.
