Im assuming that was planned in advance..no way would the SS allow some total stranger up on stage with the President(And give him a hug) I thought it was really sweet and that guy(Who I have no idea who he is but he’s AWESOME) was really great God Bless him I think he was star struck LOL
Not planned at all. President Trump while on AF1 saw him standing in line being interviewed. Then he noticed the same guy in the crowd. SS tried to stop him as he was going up to the stage.
