A current U.S. intelligence official tells NPR's Mary Louise Kelly that there is no evidence of criminal wrongdoing in the transcripts of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn's conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, although the official noted that doesn't rule out the possibility of illegal actions.
The official also says that there are recordings as well as transcripts of the calls, and that the transcripts don't suggest Flynn was acting under orders in his conversations.

By pushing for Flynn to go, Pence has damaged Trump and us. Pence is a NeoCon and is closer to McCain than Trump on foreign policy and warmonging.
I understood that Flynn told Pence he didn’t talk to Russians, Pence went out and defended that. Then when it came out that Flynn did in fact talk to Russians it was a problem. That is why Spicer said there was a erosion of trust and integrity.
Dunno.
It’s hard to know what to believe these days.
I know this much, I don’t care if anyone talks to the Russians.
Really don’t.
It means something to me when Sean Spicer says there was an erosion of trust and integrity. Unless he’s not telling the truth.
The biggest problem is the leaks.

There is no united front in the Republican Party. That is their achilles heel.
Trump is going to spend four years battling his party.
