I expect Trump already has some of these traitors either identified or already on ice in black sites. Ultimately, the way these kinds of civil wars are played is that captured spies are offered a few alternatives:

(A) Freely confess, be allowed to take cyanide, have a cover story where you died performing a heroic service, and your family can preserve its good name as well as receive death benefits; or

(b) Try and hold out, get waterboarded, eventually confess, be suicided like Foster, have your deeds revealed, your name trashed, and your family financially ruined.

There's also a 3rd option of spilling the beans in a FISA court type of setting. Regardless, both A & B above will still reveal the extent of the network, so a trial would have to have additional propaganda benefits.
