At what point does President Trump and Att General Sessons arrest Hussein Obama for treason?
Surely they already have enough evidence.
At what point? Very early on I hope. Obama's shadow government shenanigans can't be allowed to continue. This is banana republic nonsense. Damn it, this is America!
I hope Trump's allies in the NSA, CIA, FBI, Comey and Sessions are on this. It's time to start surveillance of Organizing for America. Next step is to weed out as many Obama people as he can from the various bureaucracies.
At the very least, this is Sedition: "conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch." What about that definition is Obama not doing?
Treason: "the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government."

§ 2384 - Seditious conspiracy
§ 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government
§ 2386 - Registration of certain organizations
§ 2387 - Activities affecting armed forces generally
§ 2388 - Activities affecting armed forces during war
§ 2389 - Recruiting for service against United States
§ 2390 - Enlistment to serve against United States
Just like with Hillary, lots of potential charges.
If they find factual evidence of Sedition or Treason, then arrest Obama and his cronies. . "reasonable suspicion?" . .
