Thx for expressing my opinion. You plan your life and financial moves around a house, a portfolio, a retirement. Then some bozo wants to tell us to stop thinking about it as a hedge against inflation and more. You were a lot more polite than I might have been.
I remember that before my Army career was finished Gerald Ford in a fell swoop declared that the Veteran’s Education Benefit was, like, over, so I having been in 14 years or so and was counting on it after retirement was a told, “Stop thinking about your service having an education benefit.” Still peeved about that.
