Ah the leftist dream of regulating everything. So when you want to sell your house the government tells you what is a "fair price", and probably gets to decide which buyer you sell it to in order to promote "diversity" and "fairness". White people to the back of the line of course, since buying in a mostly white area is "racism", and buying in a mostly black area is "gentrification".
