CHC staff said a larger meeting was not a reasonable replacement for the canceled sit-down because it would shield Homan from directly facing members who represent the constituency most affected by ICE raids. If your 'constituency' consists of REAL American citizens they should have no worries. OTOH, if they are not citizens and are here illegally - they shouldn't be your 'constituency' in the first place since they cannot vote (legally). . . . .

Correct me if I am wrong, but illegal aliens are not a constituency. A “constituency” is comprised of the “voters” (citizens) within a a representative’s Congressional district. ICE does not deport citizens. Only illegal aliens.
