Clearly O town is f***ed. The latest pictures show the cracks right beneath the Espill are the deathblow. Anyone with half a brain knows that it’s not Fill it’s decomposed granite or who knows what that’s just rock sitting on top of a rock.
( The word from the people working on it who are not allowed to talk publicly is there are seven monster cracks beneath the emergency spillway )

Yeah, and notice yesterday all the filling they’re doing at the top left..not where they said they would be. If that speculation is correct about 7 cracks, they’re done.

If it’s like every other enviro whack substance, it won’t do the job. Think of all the eco friendly products you use, 75 percent don’t work n cost 4 times the old products.
Re emergency spillway, you’re referring to the earthen spillway that diverts water over the mountain, not the mail spillway which is the long concrete flume - correct?
I’ve seen the main spillway referred to erroneously as the emergency spillway, so I just wanted to clarify that.
I did read where they have determined that the emergency/earthen spillway can not longer be used, so I’m assuming that’s the one you’re referring to.
