Goodness. Sounds worst case all around even though no substantial flooding has occurred yet.

On the radiator, if it is damaged to the point you can’t keep refilling with water on the trip, any chance of removing the radiator and driving it in another vehicle to a radiator shop to the north?

Also, sometimes a radiator can be run unpressurized — the cap set on loosely just enough to cover the filler neck and stay put. Filled with water only, it won’t even make too bad of a mess from the leaks it may still have.
