I read the governor said “stuff happens” in reference to Oroville dam.

The governor also said a report by this news organization about state and federal officials ignoring warnings about the emergency spillway more than a decade ago was news to him.
“I’m glad we found out about it,” the governor said. “It was not part of the record before that, at least the record that I saw.”
