I think in a few short years CA government will collapse under the weight of employee pension costs, entitlements, etc. along with the exodus of taxpayers. There will be rioting and bloodshed. That is when the appropriate action by the federal govt can take place.
Regarding state pension collapses, in anticipation of same, republicans should move legislation to disallow federal incorporation or assumption of any state or local pension system. Americans shouldn’t be saddled with paying for stupid local democrat policies.
