this is the type of fight that has to go through the courts because the analogy of the holocaust and the treatment of Christians in Muslim country works. at this point I am sickened by the way we have let Saudi, Iranian and George Soros money manipulate the whole refugee situation in the US and Europe.

So, 9th Circuit court judges, just let Christians DIE then. Otherwise, accepting Christians into the US would be establishing a religion here.

The law fully allows Trump to execute the policy, and places the decision in his hands alone.

Any court interference with the policy is purely political and not in any way based in law.

trump could, if he determined it in the interest of protecting USA, ban ALLLLLLLL Moslem immigration and visits to USA

.... strictly within the law... and fully constitutional...
it being not only the responsiblity of the president but his DUTY to do so....

and the Court could then spin out all the illegal toilet paper orders it wished.... to zero effect of course since the court lacks any juridiction to interfer in this area of presidential job function

but it is truly AMAZING just what extremes the court went to.... establihsing a religion? what utter BullBleep...
irrational, nonsensical. delusional insane

Well Obama established Islam since according to sources that I have read; his ban only applied to Christians.

That interpretation is absolute nonsense.

First of all, establishing a state religion means forcing everyone to convert to it.

Second, the President has the authority to allow in anyone he wants, and to deny entry to anyone that he wants.

Third, we have a long-standing example of a persecuted religious minority being admitted to this country, and no one complained about it. Jews who were Soviet citizens were given priority admission, because they were persecuted in their homeland. Well, so are Christians throughout the Middle East, but particularly wherever ISIS is in charge or has a large presence.

No, this is just reaching for a nice-sounding reason, so that they could come to a political decision to embarrass Trump while maintaining the fig leaf of being “judicial” for the public. Even for the 9th Circus, this is a YUUUUUGE stretch.

Worse, they are giving Due Process rights to aliens with absolutely no connection to this country. Green card holders, I could see, but NOT someone simply wanting to come here. You have NO Due Process rights until you are under the jurisdiction of the US.

These people have NO legal ethics, and should be impeached.

According to these judges

Washington and Minnesota are likely to succeed, even though alleged injuries are not particularized and even though law and judicial precedent does not support them.

The United States are not likely to succeed, even though law and judicial precedent supports them.

CW II No! Rev War II might be better—lets start over—New Constitution. Better Bill of Rights—weed out the Liberals (hard core commies only) toss out the Islamic nut cult of blood —Name it a cult. Protect Christians, Even the Bahia, Azazel, Zoroasters, pagans, any religion that doesn’t force conversions and cuts off heads.

Pure unadulterated pig shi’ite! This is what you get from people who don’t have a clue what religion is and only have faith in government.
