Maybe they need to write it at a 6th grade level-”See Spot run”...So Liberals can GET it. It doesn't matter how they've written it, and it won't matter how they write it. The court isn't basing their decision on the law, but on their political activism and hatred of conservatives - said hatred being focused at everything Trump.
