A clear case of willful negligence to uphold their oaths in order to push their liberal agenda. This is not judicial behavior required to uphold the Constitution that they are sworn to follow and protect. They should be removed forthwith.

The Ninth Circuit never ruled on Proposition 187. Democrat Gov. Gray Davis withdrew the appeal after a "settlement" that upheld the erroneous federal district court opinion. I wrote an article explaining why United States District Court Judge Mariana R. Pfaelzer's decision that several provisions of California's Proposition 187 violate federal law was incorrect. A shortened version of this article appeared in the Los Angeles Daily Journal, December 18, 1995, at page 6. The Daily Journal is the city's primary newspaper for the legal community. Macaca is not easy to cook up. It took three daze to figure out how to do a proper preparation of the Fake Law. The funny thing is that their macaca has not been transferred immediately to SCOTUS for the 80% likelyhood of smackdown. They are stuck with being in charge of any bad outcomes of their “decision” into the indefinate future. They own Robart’s emotional stay.

Thanks, I was not aware of that.
Fricking Gray Davis.
Arnold wasn’t a great gov., but he beat Davis.
Davis was a stone killer lib. I met him Sac., when he was Moonbeam’s special guy. I still get chills down my spine thinking how this guy would rather kill his opponents than discuss anything with them.
