Well, if this had happened to Obama, that’s what he would have done
Obama told the Republicans “Try to stop me.” And the Republicans with majority in both houses said, don’t worry we won’t even try.
I believe he did exactly that when the SCOTUS ruled against the EPA. I can’t recall what exactly it was about but I remember Obama essentially ignored the ruling.
