The “improved vetting process” should be to keep each and every one of them cooped up until Gorsuch is in place, and THEN kick each and every one of them out of our country.

This cold civil war thing is going too far. The left is willfully and purposefully trying to damage our country.

That was my thought. Institute the EXTREME VETTING already...leave the court issue until he gets all 9 in place.

Exactly right. Trump's presidential directive can be rescinded neutering the court's intervention. He can actually exercise more control in this case by appearing to back down.

Trump has executive control of State and the DOJ now and can enforce any existing law.

It just takes spirited leadership. State needs to be redirected from within. They have always been jelly spined sycophants. The SecState can and needs to direct how visas are issued up to and including his specific and explicit approval of each and every one if necessary.

ICE is already starting to show they are feeling their oats. They are a figurative tiger that has been chained up until now. The new DOJ looks like it will support them 100%.
