“The courts have no jurisdiction over a President’s EO”

The Trump administration is acting like they do. I don’t understand the current back-and-forth.

The state court is saying that if a federal action is unjustifiably harmful to their state then they can block the federal action.

As I’ve said elsewhere, the Trump administration has time to work this out without being heavy handed.

If that is the way a state wants to go, then all the "refugees" from terrorism-heavy areas can come to their states.

And they can foot the bill.

The action of the EO would, of course, not be either harmful to any state nor would it be unjustified.

It amazes me that so many people in control of various governmental entities are fighting keeping our country safe from terrorism.

And yes, it seems that the administration is being very patient.
