Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants, or impose on entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.
The ninth circus will still claim that the State of WA is being harmed by the EO. The nub of this argument is as Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz said ".....uphill fight to persuade the Supreme Court that: A. The state of Washington has standing. B. That you can apply the Constitution to people who have never been in the country who are simply seeking a visa for the first time.”
Once this is allowed to stand - because SCOTUS will defer to the lower court with at best a tie - then the LEFTIST MARXISTS will have successfully applied the US Constitution to the entire globe's population for all the things they want.
